Doing my job and going home.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
No communication between departments. Toxic environment clearly affects them; their hatred of the job is obvious. One person drops profanities right on the sales floor on a regular basis.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The conversation around compensation. Other than that? The woman with whom i had an appointment for my interview went on lunch right befire i arrived. The store manager interviewed me.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
In my store there is one assistant store manager who is fairly easy to get along with, although he makes clear that he doesn't have the time to deal with anyone's concerns.
