You say you have competitive pay. I make 19 cents over minimum wage. Who exactly are you competing with?! Other people have been hired into the same position after me and are making more money.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have some good coworkers. Not anyone in a leadership role however. My coworkers and I bond over how bad leadership is. We work our butts off while some of them are making tik tok videos
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Learn to communicate. One person tells me to clock out so I do and then someone else yells at me and says I must not want my job. I was denied covid pay and nobody can tell me why. Nobody in a leadership role seems to have a clue what is going on
