It depends on the the team. They pay decent for grocery, but often too lean for anyone to grow or develop-- to enjoy Sprouts you need a good leader. Having a bit of an identity crisis but poised for growth

Theres some new blood that seems dedicated to change & cross function. It was stalled during the pandemic

Everyone sees the potential. We're also not owned by any of the big guys so theres a little more freedom
