Easy to talk to and approachable. They manage to keep a positive attitude evem though theyre under constant pressure of corporate
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Corporate being more compassionate and understanding about the daily grunt work by store employees. Every store visot is so negative. Its more of a bashing lesson than a teaching lesson
