My manager Reem was very disrespectful, indignant, and rude. She doesn't value the employee unless she can make them do more than their job description. My last week is when Reem decided to properly train me. I started in May ended in November. Thanks to Reem. Store 920.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
New leaders who care about their job in order to teach the new employees correctly, not as they go along. People who aren't real bakers or deli person are thrown to the wolves without guidance. I'm a product of this bad leadership
