Sprouts is devisive in their wording fir open employment postiins. Their core managers ignore Sprouts Code of Conduct, Ethics and are more concerned with profits and their own bonuses than the health and welfare if employees and customers.

What makes you most happy at work?
Direct customer contact, interaction, promoting and selling our products.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Sprouts store encourage cliques and bullies. A few people do all of the work, while favored groups (latinos and LGBTQ) are allowed to do much less.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Following the "rules" and refraining from excessive favoritism. They set unreasonable, unattainable expectations on their employees. It is always their, regardless if their iwn infractions and violations.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I especially enjoyed tge people who interviewed and hired me. A team of three genuine leaders, tge store manager was in the stire and completely absent from tge process if interviewing.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
See previous comments. Core managers are not hands on in our stire, rather the congregate smong themselves and never jump in with helping hands. They actually refuse to perform the tasks if hourly employees, even when their stores are short of help.
