The culture is negative, the morale amongst peers is disastrous and sad. Managers lack leadership, empathy, and inspiration. They are good at putting you down, ignoring what needs fixing, focusing on themselves, and complaining about the things that don't matter.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
A complete structure change of leadership. Leadership needs to lead by example and follow the golden rule, 'do unto others what you like them to do unto you.' Do not expect things from others if you are not willing to give yourself first.
