Again, better managers and better pay
Mangers who know what they are doing, better pay.
Their work ethic - by showing up on time , not calling out and doing the job they are hired for.
Training managers and stop moving them around so often. You just get used to one and someone else comes in with a totally different view on things.
I work in Arizona where they increased the minimum wage (a good thing) but haven't done anything to bring up the wages of other workers. So kids starting their first job are making almost as much as experienced long-time employees!
