Days when we run out of inventory and there is little enough work to properly clean the facility.

I was called back immediately. You just have to get lucky with when you apply. Sometimes they need people and sometimes they dont.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Training is all done in on day and then you are expected to learn your actual job on your own with minimal instruction unless you ask 100 questions a day.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company expects employees to be able to do the physical work of two or more people. Human resources are spread as thin as possible to raise profits at one of the highest volume stores.
