Work ethic is lacking as is team work, but they're decent people; some are talented way beyond their position.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Product integrity is exceptional. Employee value is zero. Managers are typically I'll equipped, making workers' jobs harder. Communication does not exist either within or between departments. I'm not young and would go back to the public sector in a heartbeat if not for COVID.
