Very negative experience. Super high turnover. I had 4 managers in a year. This is typical company experience

Short term vision and questionable ethics. A strategic HR team with a seat at the table would help retain talent and build competency towards long term goals
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Grocery is an old school business. Sprouts brand is innovative but their management style is not. HR is treated as personnel administration hence the mad men culture and outrageously high turnover
