What did you like most about the interview process?
Looking back, they will hire anyone with a pulse since no one makes it more than 6 months. Also, any experience you have they seem to not utilize it and would rather pay you poorly to not think and just be a robot
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Disorganized from the top of the company down. Placement of stock is horribly designed for customers or workers to stock efficiently. Lots of unhealthy food sold, fake image of health. Everyone working is stressed out, utterly horrible turn over rate. Delusional managers see nothing wrong
