Used to be really positive and optimistic, but lack of real encouragement and the fact of so many employees complaining has really dropped morale since Covid started.
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping customers as well as team members. Getting feedback from customers has been very rewarding.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Covid has really strained our staff to the point where everyone is so drained that few people are optimistic anymore. Majority of the team meetings have negative impact because there really isn't much encouragement anymore. And many companies are starting people out at $15. The bonuses were helping.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
