Overall a pretty great company. But be prepared for corporate walks constantly, adds a lot of stress to the job, especially when it’s mostly just criticizing rather than providing you with tools to better your weaker point

Communication is great, employee appreciation week is always a fun time.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My store director is always trying her best to help us and better our departments. Corporate really only ever looks at the numbers, and never really takes anything else into consideration.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The store director at my store is AMAZING. Although, I feel like the special ops team and regionals are constantly only looking at the negatives and never the positives. Can be very stressful.
