The few coworkers I do have are great
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team tries their best but generally are not helpful in the deli
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I need more coworkers the deli is always understaffed despite already being the hardest job in the whole store
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because the CEO decides to pay employees at Sprouts the minimum amount he could still during a pandemic. It is ridiculous
