Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Benefits are not standardized globally and vary even within the same country, including differences in pension plans, stock options, and health insurance. Additionally, salaries are not aligned with local market rates for comparable roles.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?I have would appreciate the opportunity to work 4 days vs 5. It's difficult to manage all of my work and life at home and I don't think it NEEDS to be difficult. I think that type of stress can be mitigated with intentional policies from the executive team.
