Listen to the actual workers not the leaders because they will make everything seem to be smooth. Look at the data. For example - employee turnover rates. Question why new hires are leaving before one year is over. The culture in Pharmacy is toxic. Only lazy people are given attention and recognitio
Need to keep things professional at work and not take sides.
Treating all the co workers the same and be more strict on certain things
Being better at communicating and taking care of employees over profits.

Paid lunch, comparable pay to other hospitals, paid holidays since we are open 365 days a year, paid for BSN degree...we sacrifice our weekends, holidays, often times lunch because we are busy. Just want our sacrifice to be appreciated.

work very hard, need more compensation

Please remember you willingly came to work. Be positive about being at work and do your best. When things go wrong make the best of the situation. Don't go blaming everybody around you and complaining. Leaders stop encouraging the blame game. It is really tiring.
Co workers are friends with manager. Manager is uneducated and doesn't know how to handle co-workers
More flexibility, reliability, less gossip...again people work better when they feel appreciated and valued.

less meetings and shorter in time

Respect every employee despite their rank in the company. Train, educate and equip employees with the tools needed to do their job safely. Ensure there is adequate number of employees per shift to prevent burn out. Encourage employees to use their PTO to rest. Recognize those that go above and beyon
Stop letting employees take charge and treating other employees horrible. And manager is her best friend so she does what she wants. And HR was a joke!!
Better management, opportunities for self betterment like a clinical ladder, more value on employees work, honesty in patient care, and consistent policy among facilities
Review from Customer Support Dept
better pay and hours for us

The interviewers should try to focus less on the persons interview skills and tune in to who the person is. Consider the targeted culture of your department and hire people who align with that target. Most of those good at interviewing are actors. Their work ethic is non existent
Giving people a chance to prove their potential
Better organized and better questions
Review from Customer Support Dept
Constant stress, unknown in the work day, holes in the schedule. We are run by management who says yes to all prospective clients regardless of our capability or training. Better decision making especially in upper management. More involvement in rule making by those who work In patient care.
Review from Customer Support Dept
people oriented upper management
