It has been an exciting journey to have joined Stash when it was a "start up" and over the last 3 years seeing how much we have evolved in our journey to become a publicly traded company

We really promote psychological safety across all teams and departments

I really appreciate having the flexibility to continue to be fully remote.

We have developed a strong team culture that fosters everyone to be able to have their voice heard

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I appreciate how in addition to PTO, Stash closes the week between christmas to new years and our Fall Break (extended Labor Day Weekend)
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Even in a remote first culture, we have been able to have regular company wide meetings & virtual events to make sure everyone feels a part of the long term strategy
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really appreciate how genuine and transparent our leadership team is. No matter on what's going on whether its around the business/OKRs or outside of the organization. They make every employee feel like we are on this journey together.

I like how our leadership team is transparent to the entire company. I appreciate how they are transparent on how we are performing as a business against our company goals. They are also transparent about how the company will be impacted/respond to things outside of business goals
