Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I joined Stash because I wanted to get into the fintech space during the fintech boom. Although there has been a lot of uncertainty during these times out there, Stash has maintained its course and I feel secure knowing our executives are honest in the direction we are headed.

I get to work on real life problems and solutions that impact every day Americans. It's also nice to work from home and not be forced back into office.

We are paid fairly in line with industry standard. Our HR team has also shared exciting news that our benefits package is improving and scaling in line with our company's growth
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
upper leadership really set the tone well in their response to covid going fully remote and allowing employees to choose their work situation. it says a lot about their awareness to our needs
What are some of the best things about your team?
I work with very talented people who care very deeply about the work we do. Although we are a remote first company, I don't feel disconnected from them because of the culture that has been established.

The executive embodies all the values and culture that they want to implement across the company. They also pay attention to what's going on out in the world and address it in real time during our company All Hands
