The salary is very competitive
What makes you most happy at work?
I like that the work I do has a direct impact on our customers (hopefully positive) and help them grow wealth.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like how transparent our leadership is and how often we are give updates about the current state of the company and what the desired future state is. We are also given the trust to run with projects on our own and give feedback on what is/is not working on our team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our executive team makes it a point to create an open work environment and you feel that in our weekly All Hands and in everyday interactions. In my opinion its tough to create an environment that is truly open being a mostly remote company but I think we do a pretty good job.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The people at Stash are some of the most brilliant coworkers I have had the privilege to work with. Everyone is very dedicated to the Stash mission and more than open to pairing on any tasks you need help with. Coming on as a lower level engineer has been great for me in my career development.
