Stash is one of a kind, a company that practices what they preach, with the ability to seek and execute. The management team is very calculated in making decisions while forming and shaping the future of the company. I eat sleep and breath this company and I'd recommend working at Stash to all.

I would say the stock options are the best part of the compensation package.

The company practices what they preach, diversity, inclusion, and all around opposite of a corporate business structure

All team member know how to do everything that's asked of them. The team is cross trained for all tasks, and works as one collective unit.

The culture is inclusive, there's no target on an employees back for their beliefs. Everyone is welcome to voice their opinion, and have a hand in everything.

We work as ONE cohesive unit. if there are problems we create solutions. Every team member is a jack of all trades and we are one in the same. Each team member can be called upon and provide the same level of service as any other team member.
What makes you most happy at work?
The freedom to accomplish tasks, and have the ability to work on new projects consistently. The ability to work with all groups at the company and become a liaison(wear several hats) Lastly, the idea that for once in my life, I am making a difference and helping individuals build long term wealth.
