The dept head should empower their team to work together, not separately.

Advocating and empowering their managers to make decisions that they should have the ability to do.
What makes you most happy at work?
The ability to think differently than a corporate structure and utilize my skills in a manner that differs from most established financial institutions.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love the option to work remote and not have to take a paycut/worry about my family to do so. Also, the medical plans are great!!
