really talented group of people. encouraging and funny too.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary is great. Insurance options are much better than I have had a previous companies.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are clear about the mission and vision and how we are contributing to that on a daily basis.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very open and accepting/ inclusive. Not just as a talking point but in reality. Everyone is really on the same team.
What makes you most happy at work?
the opportunity and flexibility of working from home. with out that, i would have never been able to work at Stash. Working with cool people and selling a product I truly believe in. And I am personally aligned with the mission.
