What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?I changed teams this year and the HR partner involved was very helpful with the transition. In the past, my experience with similar situation in other companies.
What do you like best about the leadership team?Leadership team demonstrates transparency by keeping employees in loop with reasoning behind important decisions.
What makes you most happy at work?working at a company with a strong mission to help americans
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Raises in the past 2 years have been minimal, it feels like my earnings arent keeping up with the industry, which means the only way to increase comp to what I should be at is by a promo (no opportunity for this currently) or I have to move to a new company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Based on Glassdoor, the national average total pay for my job title is $169K, which is 32% higher than my current total compensation at Stash. I've raised this concern with my manager who advocated for me, but the People Team said salaries are non-negotiable at this time. This feels unacceptable.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? The workload is high when compared to the compensation. You either need to expand the team or increase the salaries for the employees covering more teams.
