  • They don’t care anymore. Some people show up in sweats and pajamas to work! Pathetic culture of people they have to hire now after letting all tenured professional people go.

  • Not secure at all. The entire IT Department is being reorganized and folks are being made to retire or given a involuntary severance package if they are a remote worker.

  • Have strong negotiating and customer service skills. If you are looking to get into Agency (sales) don’t due it!!! You will be just a number and if they don’t like you. They won’t give you your contract and you’re left with outstanding debt and have lost a lot of money. Not worth it. Look for a company who VALUES you. State Farm is in the red lost billions of dollars and runs scams in order to stay ahead. Management is horrible and the old State Farm way of doing things have faded away!!!! Can’t trust them.
