- What makes you most happy at work?Probably the knowledge that I was recognized for my efforts, and have been allowed to take on more responsibility than I ever thought. I didn't think I'd be this successful at this age, but someone here saw it in me, and they thought I could, and continuously my leadership has let me to prove it.
- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Absolutely the focus on safety and the way this company values it's employees and their families. The same way we take care of our employees at work, regarding their safety, we want to support their families at home through family events, good benefits, bonuses, free flu shots and biometrics, etc.
- What is the best part about your compensation package?Every one is paid on incentive, meaning a large sum of your potential income depends on success. This has proven here to be very lucrative. They also contribute a large sum annually to your 401k with profit sharing. You could likely retire after your career here from those contributions alone.
