The stock options that I received early on in my career were instrumental in helping me purchase a home and expand my family.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

We work very hard in stock as we take on the heavy lifting and the running up and down stairs. But we have little time to regroup and keep our bodies up to part as we only get 15 minute breaks majority of the time for 5 hour shifts which isnt nearly enough when your constantly moving

To be treated like a person who needs to also have a life outside of the office.

15 dollars for an hour of work in New York City is a joke especially accompanied by disgusting behavior from the team, it is absolutely not worth it. One break that you wont be paid for.

no benefits expected to do managerial work without pay

Huge companies like Steve Madden never pay fairly in my opinion a ASM making less than $20 is outrageous and the store manager should be getting paid at least 55,000 - 60,000 a year
