What do you like best about the leadership team?
Most of the executive team is accessible and open to hearing from employees of the company at all levels. While we have some women entering the C suite, I would like to see more diversity.
The leadership team is amazing.
Great to work with, always glad to see them working hard and always having a smile on their face even if the are not having a good day

The stock options that I received early on in my career were instrumental in helping me purchase a home and expand my family.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We work very hard in stock as we take on the heavy lifting and the running up and down stairs. But we have little time to regroup and keep our bodies up to part as we only get 15 minute breaks majority of the time for 5 hour shifts which isnt nearly enough when your constantly moving

To be treated like a person who needs to also have a life outside of the office.
15 dollars for an hour of work in New York City is a joke especially accompanied by disgusting behavior from the team, it is absolutely not worth it. One break that you wont be paid for.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
My store manager has to take action against those who always cause problems and needs to stop having favortism.
The company needs to practice what it preaches when it comes to diversity and inclusion. They should also stop rewarding negative behaviors in the office - manipulation, gossip, and general self-serving disfunction that affects productivity and workplace morale.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Short and to the point
It went smoothly and i was able to ask all the questions i had
I like that there are certain steps in place, including a meeting with an HR rep who can answer questions about benefits, etc.
I didn't have to go through 3-4 interviews
It went by like a breeze and they were really chill

My coworkers, our daily conversation.
When I'm seen, heard, and generally acknowledged for my efforts.
Knowing that I've given each customer a positive experience whether they purchased something or not.
