Sometimes there is favoritism in the IT department other than that it is ok
My store manager has to take action against those who always cause problems and needs to stop having favortism.
The company needs to practice what it preaches when it comes to diversity and inclusion. They should also stop rewarding negative behaviors in the office - manipulation, gossip, and general self-serving disfunction that affects productivity and workplace morale.
Quality of employee appreciation, yeah
