We should be paid for the job we do. Instead we check boxes. If I was above average last year then why am I average this year. My work ethic hasn't changed and I show good results. Keep the review low to pay less.

The system that we work with and the Communication between the Category teams and the PE workers needs to be improved. There are Glaring Communication issues regardless of where we work.
