Everyone I've talked to feels the same way - we love our immediate teammates and working here is fun. But the macro instability is hard to deal with and very exhausting to have to respond to hard leadership-led pivots.

My manager! Incredibly proactive and supportive across anything I'm working on.

They're usually very candid and open about things going within the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love how cohesive the teams feel despite operating mostly remote. I feel comfortable reaching out to people I don't know well and know that I will get help and support whenever I need it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Strava's Analytics team is mislabeled, our counterparts in other places are usually listed as Product Data Scientists. By calling us analysts, it allows Strava to underpay us, since Data Science roles come with 20-40% in additional base comp.
