A very positive team culture. People always seem willing to help and collaborate, and there is an infectious positive energy that permeates throughout most of Strava.

Working at Strava is like working within a community of like-minded people who have similar interests to you (sports), and are passionate about building a great product.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The thing that makes Strava unique from a compensation perspective is the benefits. I've never worked for a company with better benefits (everything from medical to retirement to random stipends/perks), and I've worked for some of the big tech companies.
