It's filled with some of the most amazing people and I adore my coworkers. I am sometimes concerned about the judgement of our leadership, as they sometimes seem to panic and the whole company suffers for it. Feedback is not ever taken well when it goes upwards.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People understand the value of balance and getting outside. (Even if we all often fail at doing so...)
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is brilliant. Everyone is kind and funny. Everyone works hard and loves Strava. I really feel like part of something important here.
