For the most part, there are no egos and everyone is willing to hear each other out.
What makes you most happy at work?
Solving complex problems related to design components and making the product designers lives easier with each update to the Design System.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the work Anita has done so far as the CDO and I'm excited for the future of the design org.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The camaraderie and the easy banter within our team. I can joke with them and feel comfortable coming to them with questions or advice. We're all willing to help on another out.
