They are approachable and personable, and care about our mission and well being.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
No big egos- people are down to earth and don't compete for the spotlight or ladder-climb.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It's kind of chaotic, and priorities shift a lot. The design team is asked to do way too much at a given time and therefore we're always playing catchup or unable to focus on anything and give it the quality thought it deserves.
