What makes you most happy at work?
Getting to work on complex and impactful projects. Especially when I get to be a subject matter expert and have a voice in planning and designing projects.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
No matter what level of leadership, everyone is extremely approachable. My manager really cares about me and my teammates as people, not just a team, and that sentiment continues upward from higher than just my manager as well.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We're not just coworkers but friends as well. Our team meetings are both for us to coordinate our work but also to connect as people which makes me feel much more valued and happy at work than I otherwise would.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The work life balance is incredible. The fact that I can leave to go for an afternoon run or take vacation when I need them without fear of judgment or letting my team down makes working here so much nicer.
