Embracing the core business and what has made Strava successful, and playing to win with big bets in that area rather than chasing scattershot attempts at increasing total addressable market.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Supporting employees to work on things that they're passionate about with more autonomy and risk-taking, and cutting away the red tape, bureaucracy, and extremely status-quo-reinforcing leadership culture that has led to Strava Speed.
