I feel valued as an employee and also on a personal level. I truly am enjoying my work and how it contributes to our company wide goals, all the while having fun and learning lots.

My coworkers and interacting with new employees at Strava.

There's always time for a workout and there is always time for Family.

The salary is amazing, but having the Stock Options gives me an added interest in the Strava's performance.

We are a team that have each other's back, support each other, and get better from learning from one another.

I feel I'm getting paid fairly for my level and years of experience as well as betting on Strava/myself to succeed with the equity portion.

Everyone is a team player, super smart, and highly collaborative and genuinely care about the user experience and it's fun to go to to work.

The people I met made me more and more interested in the company and made me excited to potentially work with them as a peer.

I know exactly how my work and contributions align with Strava's Mission all the while being recognized for the contributions of myself as well as my team " We connect athletes to what motivates them and help them find their personal best."
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel like Strava is Athlete obsessed but they are also, employee obsessed. They go the extra mile (pardon the pun) to make sure we have what we need both personally/professionally and feel valued at all times! Plus, work is fun!
