My overall experience at Strava has been an incredibly positive one. I have grown a ton, and also see more opportunities to grow and succeed and feel supported in that. The people I work with are incredible, and the collaborative environment and enthusiastic attitude makes it fun to show up to work.

Our team is so diverse and I respect every single perspective and work style. We communicate and are respectful of each other. I really feel like we are all comfortable to bring our full selves to work and to each other.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is enthusiastic, positive and respectful. It feels inclusive and motivating to come to work everyday. People really care about what they are working on, and it is really motivating. I also feel like I have a really big impact.

The leadership team really cares about taking care of people on all levels. The attention to detail, empathy and care go a long way. The leadership team makes decisions based on our company values, and I align with working for a company that I trust will do the right thing.
