I am happiest when I'm helping people on my team meet their goals - when they do well on an opportunity I set up for them, when they ship something that was touch-and-go for a while, when they get a promotion.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have fun but we get a lot of work done. If someone is less able to be present at work for any reason (injury, family emergency, tough national news) the rest of us swarm in to cover for them and give them space to see to their needs.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
A company value is balance, and I love how that shows up as folks taking an hour to run, ride, walk, weight train or otherwise get away from their computer to recharge during the day. And nobody bats an eye if you're still in your workout gear or your hair is wet from showering afterward.
