I've never been happier in any other job!
What makes you most happy at work?
The people and culture. I love what the company stands for and that we're helping people be more active and healthy.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The whole package is above-market from my perspective. But my favorite part is probably the personal stipends for health, events/gear, and personal development.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency and Access. The fact that I can reach out to anybody on the Management Team and be heard makes me feel empowered and heard.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We're all more like friends than colleagues. I feel like I truly belong here, like I can be myself, and that others have my back.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the people I work with. I love our mission of helping people get out there and do their best. I love the work - it's interesting, meaningful, and engaging.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency! I love that employees get to see the roadmap, the financial numbers, survey results, and what's ahead. Really makes me feel like I'm an integral part of the company and not just some low-level employee.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Very "open-door" and laid back culture. I feel like my voice matters and my ideas are taken seriously. I also know my team has my back if I have non-work stuff to tend to (e.g., family, medical, etc.)
What are some of the best things about your team?
Definitely the culture. Everybody is positive and supportive. We don't have yellers. And people are treated like adults - people can take time off when they need it and manage their own schedules. We're like a big family of friends - which I love.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People understand you're human and that you have a life outside work. Moreover, the company completely understands that to do your best work, you need to have balance in your life. In fact, you're actively encouraged to be yourself and to tend to non-work matters (e.g., family, exercise, etc.)
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Too many to list. But one perk I really love is having my benefit employee contributions covered by the company. In other words, I never have benefits like health or life insurance, coming out of my paycheck. Also love being able to be fully remote, which allows me to be there for my family.
