People genuinely care about you as a person, not just a colleague.

Open communication and availability to meet with anyone, any level of the org.

The healthcare benefits for families are great and the current stipend for caregivers is above and beyond.

Currently, the caregiver stipend is life saving. Getting reimbursed for gear and events is also pretty great.

Clear communication even when they don't have all the answers, they build in timelines of when we can expect answers to our questions.

Again, open communication and availability to meet. Anyone on the team would be willing to "stay late" or "come in early" to chat.

Everyone has a get stuff done attitude. We don't have team members with an ego, when a project has a tight timeline, we are all hands on deck.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Although we are remote at the moment, the people team has done their best to arrange ways to meet with and hear from colleagues all over the org.
