Compassion, which is ironic for a mental health facility. When an entire department has come to HR with the same concerns, this is a major problem! When requesting flex time after continously working 55+ hours per week, we are told no and that the workload is perfectly reasonable.
All things categorically definitively require improvement; however, there has to be leadership first before we can discuss what will help them.
The way leadership treats employees
An entire department feels undervauled, not just me! Thats a major problem! For me, I know that I have recieved wildy better pay in this profession without feeling forced to work 55+ hours per week AND have been treated with more respect!

Need new leadership and executives
Respect and appreciation of staff. Respect of staff concerns. Respect of work hours. Not taking advantage of salaried employees who are made to feel that they have to work 6 days a week or 12 hour days. Not minimizing the work we do or an entire departments concerns.
Get rid of the drug test
Toxic work environment, dishonesty, poor leadership, and the only way to cure evil is to root it all out like a cancer. Its stgae 4 at this place with little hope.
Once again free food please
