I cannot say here is the best, but good enough!

worst company they just take advantage of you

Toxic work culture where many director and senior people are abusive and promote long work hours. CEO promotes infighting between departments with no clear direction. Department heads are often spineless, except a few, and only think of their own teams. This is not a matrix based organization.

You need to stay after 8:30pm and come on Saturday. CEO loves to give speech but he does not understand business.

Great and stable, everyday you have breakfast.

The leadership team promotes modern solutions and forward thinking. They are very busy in their own respects and are very easy going and give us plenty of flexibility in our own projects. (i.e. figuring it out yourself)

They are very receptive of new ideas and forward thinking. Leadership team regularly checks up and evaluates our performance.

As a seasoned sales professional who is part of the 1% of the company that is not Asian, I would appreciate: English being spoken at HQ, the formula for how commissions are calculated to be transparent, to be provided basic sales tools to do my job like a CRM.

Nice to talk to, reasonable people who are ready to help others and are willing to communicate.

Quick. You know you're hired almost immediately. Usually can chat with your future boss and two coworkers. Sometimes they give you very good hints about whether you should accept the offer.

Getting to know people who work in the team. Sometimes talking to them can help me get a better sense of the low retention.

Everyone tried to be as open as they could about the culture.

The interview was a bit misleading but it was a case of clueless team hiring their first technical staff
