The leadership team promotes modern solutions and forward thinking. They are very busy in their own respects and are very easy going and give us plenty of flexibility in our own projects. (i.e. figuring it out yourself)

As a seasoned sales professional who is part of the 1% of the company that is not Asian, I would appreciate: English being spoken at HQ, the formula for how commissions are calculated to be transparent, to be provided basic sales tools to do my job like a CRM.

Quick. You know you're hired almost immediately. Usually can chat with your future boss and two coworkers. Sometimes they give you very good hints about whether you should accept the offer.
