Not much regulations. It leads to both freedom and corruption though.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Stop acting like it's the 90's and update the HR policies. Give people flexibility to do their jobs and stop checking to see if they badge in every day.

Change top managment. Change team leaders

They need to get rid of the Taiwanese CEO and all his relatives
