RSU. That is the only good part.
RSU is relatively high. Occasional RSU bonus too.

As a seasoned sales professional who is part of the 1% of the company that is not Asian, I would appreciate: English being spoken at HQ, the formula for how commissions are calculated to be transparent, to be provided basic sales tools to do my job like a CRM.
