Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Fringe benefits were bad. Salary scale very low

Bonuses are non-existent and PTO policies are archaic.

Relative to every other Silicon Valley company, they pay and treat us like indentured servants

Did lots of work, and earn too less

As a seasoned sales professional who is part of the 1% of the company that is not Asian, I would appreciate: English being spoken at HQ, the formula for how commissions are calculated to be transparent, to be provided basic sales tools to do my job like a CRM.
