What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team promotes modern solutions and forward thinking. They are very busy in their own respects and are very easy going and give us plenty of flexibility in our own projects. (i.e. figuring it out yourself)

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I think leadership used for sure get better. I think the lack of communication from the team leads and their coworkers needs to be more clear on scheduling. They should be on site in which site to be.At
Every little decision has to be run past the CEO. Literally, people have to line up with pieces of paper to get his signature. It's crazy. Get a real executive team and let them do their jobs.
Be honest. Do not cheat
Discipline the abusive leadership team, and let the HR team prioritize employees and not the management's agenda
They need to get better at giving out water bottles
Run like a Mom and Pop with only 1 person micromanaging to ensure his hidden agenda of hiding money.
