What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team promotes modern solutions and forward thinking. They are very busy in their own respects and are very easy going and give us plenty of flexibility in our own projects. (i.e. figuring it out yourself)
They are very receptive of new ideas and forward thinking. Leadership team regularly checks up and evaluates our performance.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Be honest. Do not cheat
Discipline the abusive leadership team, and let the HR team prioritize employees and not the management's agenda
They need to get better at giving out water bottles
Run like a Mom and Pop with only 1 person micromanaging to ensure his hidden agenda of hiding money.
Communications and get rid of there stubbornness.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Bonus for starting strong at beginning

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Fringe benefits were bad. Salary scale very low
Bonuses are non-existent and PTO policies are archaic.
Relative to every other Silicon Valley company, they pay and treat us like indentured servants
Did lots of work, and earn too less
As a seasoned sales professional who is part of the 1% of the company that is not Asian, I would appreciate: English being spoken at HQ, the formula for how commissions are calculated to be transparent, to be provided basic sales tools to do my job like a CRM.
What are some of the best things about your team?

managers need to be more aware of how to teach people effectively. There is no documentation for the learning process...
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
people are very nice in general

Change top managment. Change team leaders
They need to get rid of the Taiwanese CEO and all his relatives
What did you like most about the interview process?
had the chance to interview for other roles as well
Everyone tried to be as open as they could about the culture.
The interview was a bit misleading but it was a case of clueless team hiring their first technical staff
I was able to meet everybody relevant to my position in one long in-person interview session
All of the interviewers were non-native English speakers so only simple language was used
