I don't even know the leadership team. You literally come into work, check your van, drive off, and you're gone until your shift is over. I don't even know who's really in charge at this company.
Top leadership is terrible, just terrible
They are direct communicators with a wide breadth of experience.
Leadership teams needs to focus on actually being a part of their employees life's and trying to get to know them and not just look at them as numbers.
Being actual leaders instead that get involved with the work. Hardly anyone in this company works.
Get out of the way and not micromanage
The leadership team relies on fear and severe information imbalances to manipulate employees. The leadership team also exhibit clear biases in favor of male employees.
Executive leadership is extremely hands-on, but has very little idea of what they want. Projects balloon, and the COO and CEO do not communicate well.
Free dental and long/short tien
Competitive salary and equity package.
With the amount of work I put forward in trying to help out and create new processes they took my ideas and claimed they were theirs.
Undervalued and overworkedz this place is a disgrace
Because I was not valued at all as an employee after going above and beyond for it.
The company has a culture of making employees feel guilty for wanting to be paid close to market value. Leadership also fails to leverage compensation as a means of recognizing star players.
Pay is about 25% under market, across all departments.
Smart. Fast. Energetic. Kind people.
They are talented, enthusiastic and versatile.
My team is amazing. I've never worked with such talented, awesome folks.
What co workers I was by myself for the entire time.
honestly, it's not that kind of environment. Doesn't seem like anyone really bonds or gets to know one another, and that's totally fine. It just doesn't feel like collective.
The team culture is fueled by mercenary behavior. Collaboration is not a thing. Silos are everywhere. There is far too much process in all the wrong areas and not enough where it counts. Objectives are almost never clear. The team members default to blaming others.
non executive co-workers are the reason people stay at this company. You'll work with some great people who really love cyclings and improving cities.
The positive fact of me was working remote.
Working together, learning and growing side-by-side in our market. Everyone has a say and everyone is listened to.
The people outside of leadership are great
More transparency. Less letting people go for arbitrary reasons. People should feel safe where they work.
Environment...culture...just a lack of any interpersonal interactions that could make someone feel as if they belong
It is toxic. It needs to be rebuilt from the ground up.
Company culture is nonexistant. Everyone feels like they might be fired at any moment, and no one takes risks.

There's some great people here, and the product is actually pretty fantastic. If the company could get out of it's own way, there's a thin path to success and profitability.
New leadership. Clear vision. Creating a mission
The company needs to agree on its mission and team values. The company needs HR and it needs to change leadership at many levels. The product is good but the culture is rotten and amateur. The company should consider closing its doors if it cannot fix its culture.
