What's going wrong and how can it be improved at Support.com?
We are contracted to take calls for the most hated company in America. We aren't allowed to hang up on abusive customers. Seriously.
the tools we use could be working or not working each day. fix what we need to do our job and stop improving on what is working.

To feel like our suggestions for tool improvement are actually heard instead of ignored. Tools and Wiki's need to be kept up-to-date.
